About Us
Mik Mart Ice Cream is a locally owned and operated business by the Bushinski family since 2009. Scott and Kristi Bushinski are the primary operators of the business and Mik and Alexa are now in the role of advisors. Mik Mart Ice Cream is now celebrating its 11th year in business serving the Twin Cities Area for neighborhood routes as well as private and corporate events. We started our business in Woodbury with one ice cream truck and over the years have expanded to 5 trucks & 4 carts. We sell ice cream novelties in four of our trucks and hand scooped premium ice cream in cups and cones, as well as sundaes and floats in our one specialty truck. In addition, Mik Mart Ice Cream now offers push cart services for indoor and outdoor events alike!
Mik Mart Ice Cream provides daily route service through residential neighborhoods in the Twin Cities Area, and also services private parties and events throughout the greater metro area. Our standard ice cream truck season runs from April 1st to October 15th. If weather is unseasonably warm in the Spring or Fall, the season will be extended. Our hours of operation in residential neighborhoods are 3:30P to sunset Monday through Friday and 1p to sunset Saturday and Sunday.
