$25--Bottle of wine for your table (red and white available). Purchase when registering and bottle will be waiting for you when seated at dinner.

Once you have registered, no refunds will be given.
Plated meal is gluten free and will be served unless Vegetarian option requested--must be indicated in registration notes along with any food allergies.

Nominate a Business, Educator, Everyday Hero, Public Safety Worker and Nonprofit who has made a difference in the Woodbury area community this year! Award recipients will be recognized at the January 24th Community Awards Gala.

Nomination Criteria:
Business of the Year—Nominee must be a Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce member in good standing with an active business located or operating in the Woodbury area for a minimum of five years. The business should stand out as a leader in both their industry and our community; exemplifying leadership, community support, business success, commitment to their employees, or economic growth.
Educator of the Year—Nominee must be a licensed teacher who instructs students PK-12 at a public or private school within the Woodbury area and taught during the 2023-2024 school year. Nominee should exemplify outstanding service, innovation and dedication to the field of education, fellow educators and area youth. We're seeking nominations for teachers who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to student success and inspire students of all backgrounds and abilities to reach their full potential. Honor a teacher who makes an impact!
Everyday Hero—Nominee must reside in the Woodbury area and demonstrated outstanding public service to the community or positively influenced someone's life through compassion, kindness, generosity. Tell us about a person whose good deeds went above and beyond to help others. Chamber Executive Committee members are not eligible for this award.
Nonprofit of the Year—Nominee must be an active 501-C3 organization located or operating in the Woodbury area for a minimum of three years, a Woodbury chamber member in good standing and made a significant contribution to the local area that created a meaningful and positive impact. Nominate a nonprofit group that provides innovative or exemplary services and is dedicated to making a real difference.
Public Safety Worker of the Year—Nominee must be employed as a public safety worker with the Woodbury area and been involved in an event or circumstance that displayed heroism, community service, bravery or dedication in 2024.
