Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Client Experiences: Assess new clients, design individualized Care Plans, and ensure care always meets their highest needs.

• Grow & Develop Talent: Hire, onboard, mentor, and train Caregivers.

• Drive Excellence: Oversee care quality, compliance, and quality visits at clients.

• Build Relationships: Foster trust with clients, families, referral partners, and caregivers.

• Lead operational Success: Partner with the CEO, manage billing and administrative tasks, and step in wherever needed to fulfill our promise.
 

Seeking a purpose-driven professional ready to make a difference! The ideal candidate will bring:

• An active Registered Nurse license in Minnesota—your credentials matter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build genuine connections with clients and teammates.
• A compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families, ensuring everyone feels supported.
• The ability to thrive in a team environment where collaboration leads to excellence.
• 5+ years’ experience in senior care (home health, hospice, assisted/independent living, hospital, or skilled nursing)—your expertise will set the standard.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/bend as needed—a role with real impact.
• Commitment to safety and trust by passing a satisfactory background check.
