Our CLIMB portion on the Stairmasters is a low impact, yet high intensity form of cardio that helps burn fat & build muscle simultaneously. Our LIFT portion is programmed to fatigue one muscle group per circuit with a specific muscle group focus each day. Our entire workout is designed to be able to go at YOUR own pace, all with a motivating instructor & uplifting community to help you along the way!
