Games will be played rain or shine. However, if dangerous weather conditions exist the tournament will be cancelled with no make-up date and no refunds; this includes fields closed by the City of Woodbury due to weather.

Team of up to 15 Players - $295 Members
Half Team Member Entry Fee: $150 for a half team of 6 players to combine with another team
*Minimum of 3 players per team must work at a Woodbury Chamber member business or a Woodbury area business
**Teams must have an even number of female/male players OR more female players than male
Individual Player - $30
NO Refunds will be given after registration is completed and paid.
Event is held rain or shine, no refunds will be provided if event needs to be cancelled due to bad weather.

Event is Sold Out! Still Accepting Individual Player Registrations!
Join the Kickball Tournament for a Day of Fun, Food and Friendly Competition!
If you don't have enough players for a full team but have enough for half a team (minimum 6), reach out to another local business group about combining teams. Individual players are also welcome to register and we will put you on a team.
Prizes!
Winning team will receive the coveted travelling trophy and each player on the team will receive a first place plaque donated by Board & Brush Creative Studio as well as a Seasons Market Holiday gift card. .
Costume Contest: Create a team themed uniform! Unleash your creativity and dress up in your wackiest, most entertaining costumes! Whether you channel your inner superhero, rock the Friday the 13th theme, or simply bring your A-game fashion, our costume contest is bound to bring out the laughter and fun. Prizes awarded to best dressed team and individual!

Chamber Member Team Entry Fee: $295 for a team of 9 to 15 players
Half Team Member Entry Fee: $150 for 6 players-combine with another team

Each team is entered into the VIP tent drawing, with the opportunity to purchase additional raffle tickets for $5 each (cash only) to increase chances of winning the tent for the day. VIP tent provides shade and includes chairs for resting between matches and is stocked with snacks and beverages!

Play will be blind draw format beginning with round robin play followed by seeded single elimination after lunch break. Prizes for first and second place, best dressed team and best dressed individual. Waivers from all players must be signed and turned in before pool play begins.
Food Trucks On-Site from 11am-2pm
Grab lunch and cheer on the teams! Junebug will offer Carolina fare including pulled pork and fried chicken sandwiches, house chips, dessert and beverages. Eggroll Queen will serve a variety of egg rolls, fried rice and beverages.
