- 73 percent of people have stress that impacts their mental health
- 48 percent of people have trouble sleeping because of stress
Hear why we naturally default to a more stressed state and learn 5 things you can start today to reclaim calm and joy in your lives and Stress Less! This session will be interactive. In addition to the discussion, participants will practice easy breathing, stretching and Tai Chi inspired movements as well as break into small groups for discussion.
About the Presenter: Rachel Larson. Flostate Co-Owner
Over the last 20 years Rachel has had the opportunity to help others improve their mobility and energy. There is nothing more thrilling than the “a-ha” moment when she can help others proactively take charge of their physical health with their new-found knowledge. She is thrilled to share her knowledge and experience to enhance the lives of others through Flostate!
Rachel has multiple certifications including yoga, Pilates reformer, corrective exercise, personal training, group fitness and behavior change. She earned her undergraduate degree in food, nutrition and dietetics, and physical education studies from Concordia College Moorhead and most recently completed her MA in Organizational Leadership through St. Catherine University.
