Games will be played rain or shine. However, if dangerous weather conditions exist the tournament will be cancelled with no make-up date and no refunds; this includes fields closed by the City of Woodbury due to weather.

Early Registration Entry Fees by August 8!
Chamber Member Team Entry Fee: $295 for a team of 9 to 15 players
Half Team Member Entry Fee: $150 for 6 players-combine with another team
Free Agent Entry Fee: $35 and we will place you on a team
For all teams, a minimum of 3 people must work at a Woodbury Chamber member or Woodbury business and must be comprised of equal number of male/female players OR more female players.
Final Registration Ends August 22 (if not sold out)
Registration fees after August 8:
Full Team--$350
Half Team (2 businesses combining teams and registering separately)--$175 each
Free Agent--$45

Limited to 12 Teams--Almost Sold Out!
Three Ways to Play!
Full Team--register a team of 9-15 players (equal number of male/female or more female)
Half Team (minimum 6)--connect with another local business group to combine teams and each business registers a half team
Free Agent--Individual players register and will be added to a team
Prizes!
Winning team will receive the coveted travelling trophy and each player on the team will receive a first place plaque donated by Board & Brush Creative Studio as well as a Seasons Market Holiday gift card. .
Costume Contest: Create a team themed uniform! Unleash your creativity and dress up in your wackiest, most entertaining costumes! Our costume contest is bound to bring out the laughter and fun. Prizes awarded to best dressed team and individual!

EVENT DETAILS
Play will be blind draw format beginning with round robin play followed by seeded single elimination after lunch break. Prizes for first and second place, best dressed team and best dressed individual. Waivers from all players must be signed and turned in before pool play begins.
Food Trucks On-Site from 11am-1:30pm
Grab lunch and cheer on the teams!
