The Marketing Intern will support the Fraser Marketing department in promoting the Fraser brand and mission. This position will support updating brochures, keeping clinical slideshows up to date, gathering and distributing conference materials, writing blogs, drafting client and staff stories, processing Fraser store orders, and assisting with other marketing duties.

Job duties: 

  • Support updating brochures by using current website content to update and refresh marketing materials.
  • Update the clinical slideshows monthly by gathering updates from staff, creating slideshows, and sending materials for posting.
  • Gathering materials such as banners, giveaways, prize wheels, tablecloths, and marketing materials for conferences and other tabling opportunities, managing check-out and check-in process.
  • Writing blogs on a variety of topics related to Fraser service lines and initiatives.
  • Working with other Marketing staff to generate client and staff stories that can be used online and in print.
  • Overseeing Fraser Store orders, filling orders, managing shipping and distribution, and maintaining inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of educational background in marketing, communications, or related area.
  • Strong computer and software skills for writing, editing, and inventory, including but not limited to Excel, Adobe InDesign or similar software, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.

Location, Schedule: & Pay: 

  • Fraser Richfield, MN
    • Jan 2026-May2026 On-site, Part time, 10-20 hours per week during standard business hours.   
    • $12 per hour
