Our Ideal Candidate

We're seeking mature, compassionate individuals willing to bring support and light to another senior's life in the Twin Cities East Metro Area. We offer a robust training program and a supportive environment for both experienced and new caregivers.

Job Responsibilities May Include

• Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation

• Medication reminders, running errands, and transportation to appointments

• Assisting with grooming and other activities of daily living

• Specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Requirements

• Compassion and empathy

• Effective communication skills

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable)

• Compliance with Minnesota State regulations, including Background study and Fingerprint checks .
