SPEAKER: Paul Thomas, #LIVIN Founder & 102.9 Morning Show Host

About the Speaker: Paul Thomas or “PT” is ½ of “Thunder and PT” mornings on 102.9 The Wolf in the Twin Cities but he’s also the founder of the LIVIN Foundation, a 100% volunteer run non-profit that is starting conversations about mental health in order to prevent suicide. PT believes that our culture is getting better at talking about mental illness and reducing the stigma but there is still a long way to go. Having struggled with mental health after the loss of his father to suicide, he speaks from the heart regarding the pain with which many people struggle, An eternal optimist, PT has a way of turning even the most rotten lemons into lemonade.
