The Talent Game Has Changed: How Will You?
Steve Schad, Optima HR Solutions
The labor market used to be a pendulum – finding high caliber employees was difficult but not impossible during good economic times, and when hard times hit, finding quality employees was easy. Demographics tells us that we have entered a new era and “the easy find" for high quality employees is now permanently a thing of the past. Competing for talent now requires businesses to operate at a different level-- re-thinking how you run your business, how you show up in the talent marketplace, and how you engage your people.
Speaker Steve Schad will provided information on the current labor workforce and, more importantly, share tips for how small businesses can attract and retain the people they need to operate their businesses. According to Schad, the “nice to have” benefits of yesterday are now required in the workplace. Are you ready to change?
