About the Program: Learn the importance of a strong brand and how to create a cohesive and noticeable one, including why a good brand builds a relationship between your business and your customers. Small business marketing expert Linda Grubish and Design Pro Tarah Beyer will provide tips for building a great brand and cover the dos and don’ts of brand and graphic design.
About the Presenters: Linda Grubish, owner of That’s My Idea Marketing, is a 25+ year veteran in the world of small business marketing. As a business owner, she understands firsthand the importance of building a strong brand that aligns with marketing plans and business goals. Her passion is creating and managing marketing plans that propel small businesses to success. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Linda honed her expertise first in the advertising and print marketing world at The Minnesota Women’s Press. She started That’s My Idea Marketing in 2003 to fulfill a need for small businesses to have access to quality marketing services at affordable prices.
Tarah Beyer is That’s My Idea’s Creative Visionary and leads the creative and web development departments. She also helps clients achieve their goals in the areas of brand development both on and offline. At the age of 6, Tarah was designing works of art at the mercy of kids paint programs and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Photography. She has 10 years of design experience as well as a strong background in print and promotional products. Tarah is involved with various non-profits, a member of local chambers, an active member of the networking community and a certified Professional Social Marketer.
