Games will be played rain or shine. However, if dangerous weather conditions exist the tournament will be cancelled with no make-up date and no refunds; this includes fields closed by the City of Woodbury due to weather.

Fees/Admission

Team of up to 15 Players - $350 Members
Team of up to 15 Players - $450 Non Members
*Minimum of 5 players per team must work at a Woodbury Chamber member business or a Woodbury area business
**Teams must have an even number of female/male players OR more female players than male
Individual Player - $40

Event is held rain or shine, no refunds will be provided if event needs to be cancelled due to bad weather.

Join Us For A Fun & Friendly Day Playing Kickball
RALLY A TEAM OR REGISTER SOLO—All Skill Levels Welcome!

This annual event is held in the fall when adults take over the local ball field for a day of fun playing a childhood favorite--kickball! It is a great team bonding opportunity for local businesses to gather members of their staff and enjoy an afternoon out of the office having fun and meeting others. If you don't have enough players to create a team (minimum of 9), register as individual and we will put you on a team. Participants are strongly encouraged to create a fun team costume--prizes awarded to best dressed team and individual!

Registration Entry Fees
Individual Entry Fee: $40 per person--we will place you on a team
Chamber Member Team Entry Fee: $350 for a team of 9 to 15 players
Nonmember Team Entry Fee: $450 for a team of 9 to 15 players
For all teams, a minimum of 5 people must work at a Woodbury Chamber member or Woodbury business and must be comprised of equal number of male/female players OR more female players.
Each team is entered into the VIP tent drawing, with the opportunity to purchase additional raffle tickets to increase chances of winning the tent for the day. VIP tent provides shade and includes chairs for resting between matches and is stocked with snacks and beverages!

EVENT DETAILS
Play will be blind draw format beginning with round robin play of two innings for each team (30 minutes maximum) followed by seeded single elimination after lunch break.
Prizes for first place, best dressed team and best dressed individual.

Waivers Due at Check In
Team captains collect the waivers from all players--must be signed and turned in before play begins.
