Games will be played rain or shine. However, if dangerous weather conditions exist the tournament will be cancelled with no make-up date and no refunds; this includes fields closed by the City of Woodbury due to weather.

*Minimum of 5 players per team must work at a Woodbury Chamber member business or a Woodbury area business
**Teams must have an even number of female and male players OR more female players than male

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT ENDS AUGUST 27
FINAL DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 3, 2021 (unless all team spots filled prior)
RALLY A TEAM OR REGISTER SOLO—All Skill Levels Welcome!
Individual Entry Fee: $30 per person--we will place you on a team (add $10 after 8/27)
Chamber Member Team Entry Fee: $295 for a team of 9 to 15 players (add $55 after 8/27)
Nonmember Team Entry Fee: $395 for a team of 9 to 15 players (add $55 after 8/27)
For all teams, a minimum of 5 people must work at a Woodbury Chamber or Woodbury business and must be comprised of equal number of male/female players OR more female players.
Entry fee includes raffle ticket for each team to be entered into drawing to win the VIP tent for the day. Sponsored by Big Frog Custom T-Shirts of Woodbury, the VIP tent provides shade and includes chairs for resting between matches and is stocked with snacks and beverages!

EVENT DETAILS
Event will be capped at 12 teams and play will be round robin/seeded single elimination/blind draw format. Round robin play will consist of 3 innings or no more than 30 minutes of play.
Prizes for first place, second place and best dressed.
Waivers Due at Check In
Team captains collect the waivers from all players--must be signed and turned in before play begins.
