2026 Community Award Nomination Form

Nomination Categories

Business of the Year--Member with 5 or more years doing business in the Woodbury area. The business should stand out as a leader in their industry and in the Woodbury community. Board members not eligible. Educator of the Year--Licensed Pre-K-12 grade teacher in Woodbury area public or private school during 2025-2026 school year. Nominee should demonstrate commitment to student success and goes above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. Everyday Hero--Woodbury area resident who demonstrated outstanding service to the community or positively impacted someone's life through compassion, kindness or generosity in 2026. Board members not eligible. Non-Profit of the Year--Member organization with 5 or more years operating in the Woodbury area and making a positive impact in the community. Public Safety Worker of the Year--Recognizes an individual who demonstrated exceptional bravery, dedication, or service in protecting and supporting the community.
