Presented by: Dane Deutsch, CEO, DCS Netlink
Attend this presentation and learn why you, as the “human factor," are the weakest link when it comes to internet security. No firewall, no anti-virus, no anti-malware, no technology can completely protect you from yourself when you are on the internet.
Fortunately, there is a way to make yourself, your organization and your family a stronger link in the chain that forms internet security. It is through education. Learn what you should or should not do on the internet to ensure you do not "unknowingly" click on a nasty link or attachment that then steals your identity, money or livelihood. But, how do you know that you and your users or family really understand internet security? Consistent education and training is key to being cyber smart and secure. Living in the cyber world can be very risky and scary, but it doesn't have to be that way. During this session you will learn in simple, “no-geek" language, what it takes to make sure you are not the weakest link – instead, discover how your human factor can be the stronger link.
