Description
Thriving in Today’s
Multigenerational Workplace
Today’s workplace is comprised of a challenging mix of generations, each arriving with their own set of assumptions, biases, and experiences. Yet they all must work together to accomplish results despite this generational tension. In this interactive and practical session, explore the keys to successfully navigating these differences.
Learning Objectives:
- Name the various generations at work and the characteristics of each.
- Identify key mileposts for each generation.
- List ways to improve working relations with each generation.
- Discuss principles that apply to working with every generation.
Presenter: Arlene J. Anderson, University of Wisconsin River Falls
Arlene J. Anderson has over 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of settings, including education, health care, and light industry.
