Young Professionals Event: Capitol Tour & Happy Hour

Join St. Paul Area young professionals for an engaging event to learn more about the upcoming legislative session! The event will include a guided tour of the Minnesota State Capitol and a happy hour with experts about what to expect in this next legislative session. We will start and end our event at Alary's Bar in St. Paul. 

Highlights of the Capitol include the second-largest self-supported marble dome in the world, stories about the Capitol's history, art and architecture, and the chambers where legislative decisions are made. This will be a great event to build connections and stay engaged in local politics. 

Light appetizers are included with registration, and we will have a cash bar.

Please arrive at Alary's Bar by 3:45 pm if you wish to take the shuttle over to the Capitol. You are welcome to meet us at the Capitol at 4 pm for our tour if you are unable to take the shuttle. 

Program: 

• 3:30 pm - Arrive at Alary's Bar in time to board the shuttle
• 3:45 pm - Take Alary's shuttle to the Minnesota State Capitol
• 4:00 pm - 45-minute guided tour of the Minnesota State Capitol
• 4:50 pm - Take shuttle back to Alary's Bar
• 5:00 pm - Enjoy networking, light appetizers, and a cash bar
• 5:30 pm - Hear from St. Paul Area Chamber's Government Affairs team and local experts on what to expect in this upcoming legislative session and how to be more involved
