Poor sleep can cause irritability, memory lapse, increased risk for diabetes or heart disease, weight gain, lower immune system, delayed reaction times, and so many other issues. Better sleep can help you think clearly to make quick decisions, process and retain more information as well as improve your mood, give you more patience for your family, coworkers or customers. Your body needs deep rest to restore brain function, memory, and creativity. When your digestive, cardio and other organs rest, they help maintain a stronger immune system to help prevent illness and disease. Join us to learn the Do’s and Don'ts of sleep such as electronics, sleep aids, napping, nutrition, exercise, pain, immune challenges, bedroom layout, evening routines, emotions and overactive night minds.
About the Presenter: Paula is on a mission to help others feel fantastic with better sleep and more energy to achieve their goals while staying happier and healthier. As a former financial controller, mom of teenagers, wife and volunteer, Paula understands a busy lifestyle and juggling all its demands. When she skeptically tried essential oils and implemented simple solutions for managing stress and improving sleep, her work and family life dramatically improved. Essential oils changed her world and her career. She teaches 3-6 classes per month as well as works individually with customers to help them take the mystery out of essential oil use.
