Join us at Casa de Corazón – Woodbury for a free, hands-on class designed for expecting and postpartum parents. Led by doula Hayden Brame with extensive experience, this session will include:

Breathing techniques for pregnancy and recovery

Stress management strategies

Breastfeeding guidance and support

Ways to help siblings adjust to a new baby
Healthy snacks and tea will be provided. Tours of our facilities are available. Children are welcome, with staff on site for support.
