Join us for a FREE community health education event in Woodbury: Understanding Your Blood Sugar in Real Time.
We will cover how blood glucose responds to meals, movement, sleep, and stress, how to interpret Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) trends and practical nutrition strategies you can use right away.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Bonus: The first 20 people to RSVP and attend will receive a FREE continuous glucose monitor.
