This session will help leaders, parents, and professionals move beyond checkbox goals and create goals that flex with summer’s shifting schedules, energy, and responsibilities. Participants will learn how to set aligned, realistic goals they can stay motivated to pursue even amid vacations, family demands, and routine disruptions.
Discover practical strategies to prioritize what truly matters, adjust expectations without quitting, and maintain momentum through change. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for setting goals that are sustainable, meaningful, and achievable throughout the summer months.
