November 11 — The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins
What if you stopped trying to control other people and focused instead on what you can control? Mel Robbins explores a simple mindset shift “Let Them” that can help us navigate relationships, expectations, leadership, and everyday frustrations with greater freedom and clarity.
January 20 — Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss
Negotiation isn't just something that happens in a boardroom. Former FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss shares practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations, building trust, influencing others, and reaching better outcomes at work and at home.
March 31 — The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt
How has the rise of smartphones and social media changed the way we live, connect, and develop? Haidt examines the impact of a phone-based childhood and offers ideas for creating healthier relationships with technology, connection, and community.
We’ll have light (and occasionally deeper!) conversations about each book, exploring the ideas that made us think, challenged us, or made us say, “Wait… I’ve never thought about it that way.”
Rather than simply reading a book on your own, we’ll talk through the ideas and connect the concepts to our professional and personal lives, making the lessons more memorable.
Stephanie Elliston, coach and founder of The Steady Elevation, helps organizations develop leaders who can do more than manage the work; they can lead the people doing it. Through The Steady Elevation, Stephanie partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve communication, and build cultures where different work styles, generations, and perspectives can thrive.
Her approach combines leadership development, emotional intelligence, assessments, coaching, and culture strategy to help organizations move from good intentions to measurable, sustainable change.
Stephanie's personal journey also led her to coach women sitting in a season of miscarriage, infertility, and surrogacy. She'll launch her first women's retreat this February 2027!
