Once you have registered, no refunds will be given.
Plated meal is Stuffed Wild Rice Hunters Chicken (gluten free) and will be served unless Vegetarian option requested--must be indicated in registration notes along with any food allergies.

ELEGANT PLATED DINNER-- A delicious marinated chicken stuffed with creamy wild rice and topped with a mushroom cream sauce. Served with parmesan brussels sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes and a spinach/mixed greens salad with strawberries (GF). Vegetarian Option is a halved roasted butternut squash filled with brussels sprouts, tri-colored potatoes, dried cranberries, toasted seeds, pomegranate arials, crumbled goat cheese and topped with a maple-cranberry glaze. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and roasted asparagus.
