In this session\, you will learn how to turn an often dreaded annual conversation into an annual celebration of your employee's performance!\n\n \n\nAbout the Presenter: Suzanne earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development with a certificate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas\, as well as completed the Trainer 1 Certification. In addition\, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University in Athens\, Ohio. She is an active member of the talent management community in the Twin Cities\, served on the Executive Committee of the Association for Talent Development   Greater Twin Cities chapter\, and is a proud member of the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce. Suzanne\, her husband Matt and daughters Megan and Becca are 10-year residents of Woodbury. Their yellow lab\, Fred\, is a proud 2-year Woodbury resident.
