Pre-registration required.\n\nWoodbury Area Chamber of Commerce Conference Room\n\n700 Commerce Drive\, Suite 145\, Woodbury\n\nPRESENTED BY: Dr. Scott Schreiber\, MN Spine and Sport\n\n \n\nDr. Scott Schreiber will discuss what the phrase "Sitting is the New Smoking" means\, including why sitting in excess is detrimental to your heath and why working from home can wreak havoc on your musculoskeletal system.   He will discuss the latest research and apply evidence-based approaches to decrease your risk of musculoskeletal injury while on the job and offer suggestions for simple changes that will immediately improve your overall health!\n\n\n\nAttendees will not just be sitting down! This is an interactive presentation that will include simple exercises to do at home for immediate impact.  \n\n \n\nAbout the Presenter: Dr. Schreiber is the owner and clinic director of MN Spine and Sport. His practice focuses on activity-limiting problems with a science-based approach\, utilizing multiple methods to find what treatment works best for individual conditions. He has more than fifteen years of experience and board certifications in rehabilitation and clinical nutrition. Dr. Schreiber is the treasurer of the American Chiropractic Association Rehabilitation Council and the editor of the Journal of the North American Rehabilitation Specialist. Most recently\, he was awarded the 2018 Chiropractor of the Year by the American Chiropractic Association Rehabilitation Council.\n\n\n\nChamber's Charitable Endeavors Committee will be collecting TI-30XS Multiview Scientific Calculators\, Gift Cards\, and Cash donations for SoWashCo CARES\; a local nonprofit organization providing educational supplies\, clothing and food to families in South Washington County.
