Candidates have more choices and are much more selective.  What this means for employers is that in many cases you don't select the candidate\, the candidate selects you. \n\nAttend this presentation to hear about current recruitment methods including marketing\, events\, social media and employer branding.  Candidate experience and establishing a talent pool for both exempt and non-exempt employees will also be discussed. \n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter: \n\nJennifer Swenson joined Andersen Corporation in 2015 and is currently the manager of Talent Acquisition as well as a Lean Sigma Black Belt.  Prior to Andersen Corporation\, she was a Talent Acquisition team member at Thomson Reuters\, leading campus relations and technology development programs. Jennifer spent 10 years working in higher education before transitioning into her corporate roles.  She received her B.S. from Bemidji State University\, and her M.A. from Concordia University St. Paul.
