DESCRIPTION:2nd Annual Kickball Tournament\n\n Friday\, September 13\, 2019\n\n**11:00 a.m. Delayed Start \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n\n\n \n\nThe Game Will Go On!\n\n 11:00    Team Captain Registration\n\n11:15     Announcements\n\n11:30     Play begins (shortened format to be discussed at announcements)\n\n11:30   2:00  Kowalski's Food Truck & Skoolie Bus\n\n1:00      Culver's Custard Cart\n\n4:00       Last game concludes/ Winners Announced\n\n \n\n\n\n \nEVENT DETAILS\n\n \n\nLocation \n\nOjibway Park\, 7401 Wyndam Way\, Woodbury.  We will be playing on three fields.\n\n  \n\n\n\n Waivers Due at Check In\n\nTeam captains collect the waivers from all players--must be signed and turned in before play begins.\n\nClick Here for Waiver.\n\n\n\n*Inclement Weather\n\nGames will be played rain or shine.  However\, if dangerous weather conditions exist the tournament will be cancelled with no make-up date and no refunds\; this includes fields closed by the City of Woodbury due to weather.\n\n\n\nWhat to bring:  \n\nCASH for purchasing:\n\n        VIP Tent Raffle tickets    Purchase a VIP Tent Raffle ticket for just $5 and win access for your team to the VIP stocked tent!\n\n         Food -- Kowalski's Food Truck will be onsite from 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. selling a variety of lunch items\, water and soda.  Culver's custard cart will be onsite from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. selling cool\, refreshing custard treats.\n\nDonations for Skoolie Bus - Collecting TI-30XS Multi-View Scientific Calculators\, Gift Cards and Cash for SoWashCoCARES\, a local nonprofit organization providing educational supplies\, clothes\, food and other support to families in South Washington County.\n\nLawn Chairs   each team will have a break. Set up your lawn chair and cheer on other teams as you enjoy a lunch. \n\nCoolers -  Coolers are allowed. Please be respectful and responsible . No glass containers are allowed in any Woodbury Park.\n\n \n\n    SoWashCo CARES Skoolie Bus will be onsite collecting TI-30XS Multiview Scientific Calculators\, Gift Cards\, and Cash donations\; they are a local nonprofit organization providing educational supplies\, clothing and food to families in South Washington County and are the Chamber's initial community charitable partner.
