Professionally Tom has been a guest speaker at the FBI Academy in Quantico and at the Annual Meeting of CPCUs in San Diego. He served as the treasurer for his homeowner association. Today he is the membership chair for the Woodbury Bridge Club, an organization of 93 members, mostly seniors. Tom holds two undergraduate degrees and his Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He is a self-employed insurance agent.
Tom is a candidate for Woodbury City Council to ensure our past successes continue. Mayor Hargis set the tone for today. His foresight recognized opportunities and he, literally, set us up for success. Today, your Council needs the same foresight to see opportunities on the horizon that others don?t even notice. Seeing and seizing opportunities is what Tom does.
William Braun
All Woodbury families deserve to live in a Cleaner, Safer, Healthier Woodbury. I?ve worked to pass legislation at our Capitol with Republicans, Democrats and Independents. I?ve also been in public service for over a decade in Woodbury as a first responder, the City of Woodbury even gave me a medal for my leadership and innovation. Public Safety, Water Quality, and Budgeting need our attention now. Our public safety losses in Woodbury are stunning versus Eden Prairie or Maple Grove. I bring a level of technical infrastructure expertise and financial acumen that Woodbury city council oversight needs and has been sorely lacking.
