Join CrossFit 1080 and donate blood to the American Red Cross! Send an email to Coach@crossfit1080.com and include your Name, Date of Birth, Email and Time you wish to donate and Seth will schedule your donation.
For directions and time go to www.redcross.com and click on DONATE BLOOD and type in CROSSFIT 1080 and you will get a map of the CrossFit 1080 location. The event is from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.
